The tote folds up inside the zipper pouch for transport/storage (stash in your suitcase for destination shopping and to bring back souvenirs). When the tote is in use, the pouch snaps inside for extra (secure) storage. For travel day, stash essentials in the two outside slip pockets, use the trolley sleeve to slip the tote over your roller bag handle to stay hands-free. Even better, the removable crossbody strap can attach to either the tote or the pouch (which becomes a small crossbody for when you want to travel light).
